Homes for Support is recruiting Residential Children's Support Workers to join our growing team in Crewe.
Whether you already work in childcare, care, education, youth work, the armed forces, emergency services, hospitality, customer service, sports coaching, or another people-focused role, we want to hear from you.
Experience in Residential Childcare is not essential. What matters most is your character, resilience, values and commitment to helping children and young people achieve positive outcomes.
We provide a structured 12-week induction programme and fully support you to complete the mandatory Level 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare.

Essential Requirements
✔ Full UK Driving Licence
✔ Ability to commute to Crewe
✔ Ability to work a 2-on, 4-off shift pattern
✔ Successful completion of enhanced DBS and safer recruitment checks
*sleep-in's are planned on the rota and communicated to you. Most Homes/Services allow for a sleep-in on every shift (an average of 10 per month).
