Location: Crewe, Cheshire | Salary: £32,833.50 per year | Shifts: 2 days on / 4 days off

Join Homes for Support and be part of a team supporting young people in a structured, active, and supportive environment.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be out and about, supporting daily routines and activities and helping young people build independence and confidence.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting children and young people with day-to-day routines and activities

  • Taking part in driving, appointments, and community-based support

  • Being part of a tight-knit team on shift

  • Keeping things structured, calm, and consistent

  • Building positive, professional relationships

What We’re Looking For

  • Full UK driving licence (essential)

  • Reliable, calm, and practical approach

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • Willingness to learn - full training provided

Pay & Benefits

  • £31,918.50 salary

  • 2 on / 4 off rota (great work-life balance)
