This is a hands-on role where you’ll be out and about, supporting daily routines and activities and helping young people build independence and confidence.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting children and young people with day-to-day routines and activities
Taking part in driving, appointments, and community-based support
Being part of a tight-knit team on shift
Keeping things structured, calm, and consistent
Building positive, professional relationships
What We’re Looking For
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Reliable, calm, and practical approach
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to learn - full training provided
