About Homes for Support:
Established in 2019, we are dedicated to providing positive life changes to vulnerable children and young people. With three core services, including OFSTED-registered Residential Children's Homes (therapeutic care for ages 7-18), Supported Accommodation (for ages 16-18), and community outreach, we provide comprehensive support tailored to each child’s unique needs. We’re recruiting child-centred professionals to join our mission of delivering exceptional care and support to looked-after children.
Requirements of Support Worker:

- Hold a driving licence for a car and the willingness to drive for work;
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for delivering child-centred care and support
Responsibilities of Support Worker:
To enable you to build solid professional relationships and succeed as part of our team, you will dedicate your commitment to one Residential Children's Home to:
- Provide Compassionate Care: Support children with daily routines, emotional well-being, and personal growth in a safe, nurturing environment.
- Foster Positive Relationships: Build trust and rapport with children, colleagues, and external professionals to create a strong, supportive network.
- Promote Development and Independence: Empower children to develop life skills such as cooking, budgeting, and decision-making, encouraging confidence and self-reliance.
- Collaborate as a Team: Work closely with your team to maintain a therapeutic, family-like atmosphere and ensure that every child receives consistent care and support.

- Annual Pay Reviews: A Real Living Wage Employer paying £27,435 (35 hours per week) to £42,431 (48 hours opt-out) and increasing your pay from 1st April 2025! If you have a Level 3 Health and Social Care Qualification or equivalent, we will enhance your pay from day one.

Our work focuses on Children and Young People with emotional and behavioural difficulties and learning difficulties, vulnerable families, and unaccompanied asylum seeker children.
