Homes for Support is looking for warm, resilient and reliable people to support children and young people aged 5-18 in our residential children’s homes.
No children’s-home experience? That’s okay. If you have the right values, a calm approach and a willingness to learn, we will support you with training and development.
What you’ll do
Create safe, warm and nurturing home environments.
Support routines, meals, education, appointments and family time.
Plan activities, hobbies, days out and celebrations.
Help children develop confidence and independence.
Support children during emotional distress and challenging moments.
Follow care plans, safeguard children and complete clear records.
Work as part of a consistent, supportive team.
